Responsibilities:
-Build and execute social media strategies across platforms
-Create and Plan monthly content calendars
-Coordinate with creative teams for design, reels, captions, and campaigns
-Track & analyze performance with insights and monthly reports
-Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes

Skills:
-Strong understanding of Instagram, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn
-Should be creative enough to bring new ideas 
-Ability to write compelling captions and hooks
-Knowledge of paid ads (bonus)
-Leadership mindset and time management
